In short

Keelhollow Capital Group, a Kissimmee, Florida company that matches small businesses with funding partners, answers questions to settle before sending a request: which papers to have ready, how costs are compared, what a merchant cash advance is, and which requests fall outside what our partners consider. It matches your request with funding partners, who review it and make their own decision.

About Keelhollow

Who actually provides the money?

A funding partner. Keelhollow prepares the request and sends it to partners that offer the right kind of funding; the partner reviews it, decides and sets the terms. How it works explains each step.

Do I have to come in person?

No. Everything works by phone and the online request, wherever in the county the business is.

Is there a cost to talk to you?

Calling and asking questions does not commit you to anything. How Keelhollow is paid is set out on the disclosures page.

The Request

What does the online request ask?

It asks for full name, phone, email, company name (optional), and three required choices: time in business, an annual revenue range and a requested amount range, followed by a consent checkbox.

What should I gather before calling Keelhollow?

Recent business bank statements, a sense of your annual revenue, and details of any existing loans or advances. For equipment, the quote; for stock, the supplier invoice.

Will a funding partner pull my credit?

A partner may review owner credit as part of its decision. Ask the partner how and when it will be checked.

Options and Costs

How do I choose between the six options?

Start from what the money must do. The comparison page matches common needs to options.

Who sets the rate?

The funding partner. Compare offers on the total repaid in dollars, not only on the rate or factor.

Is a merchant cash advance a loan, or something else?

No. It buys a share of receipts you have not yet earned. The merchant cash advance page explains how it works.

Timing and Paperwork

How long until a partner answers?

It depends on the option, the partner and how complete the documents are. Nothing on this site promises a decision or funding time.

How many months of bank statements should I gather?

Many partners ask for the most recent three to six months; a few want more. We confirm the number before anything is sent.

Can I pay a business loan off ahead of schedule?

Often, but the saving depends on how the agreement calculates cost. The term loan page covers what to ask.

Do you work with businesses outside Kissimmee, FL?

Where can I find local business numbers?

Requests Outside What Partners Consider

Keelhollow does not arrange personal, payday, auto title, mortgage or SBA loans, grants, startup funding without operating history, or funding for agriculture or trucking. If your request is one of these, we will tell you on the first call.
